Laura Martin has always enjoyed helping people. From her time at Messiah College, where she obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing, to her early days working for a local family, where she did a bit of everything, Laura finds value in connecting with those around her. It was only natural she began working in real estate. Laura opened her own commercial real estate firm in 2005. In 2018, she became affiliated with SVN International Corp., relaunching her firm as SVN | Latus to offer commercial real estate brokerage and advisory services to the central Pennsylvania market.
Laura focuses on providing outstanding customer service, guiding her clients on all aspects of the real estate process to help them make smart, informed decisions. Laura loves getting to know her clients and matching them with properties that can assist them with reaching their highest business goals. Her door remains open to her clients long after their deal is signed. Laura believes that if you’re going to do something, you should do it well, and so she pursued designations as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM®). She is an expert in office, industrial, retail, flex and land.
Laura gives back to her community in many ways, recently ending a nine-year term on the board of New Hope Ministries and supporting her fellow agents in the PA/NJ/DE CCIM chapter. Every year, Laura tries to do something educational, such as traveling to a new country. She and her family live on the West Shore with her adorable dog, Brooklyn.

Devon Heisler is the Research and Marketing Specialist for SVN | Latus. Born and raised in Mechanicsburg, PA, Devon is familiar with the South Central PA region. He joined our team in 2023 and spends most of his day working with our agents, advisors and clients to provide up-to-date research and data for ongoing projects and listings. Devon comes from a warehousing background and is familiar with the needs of commercial businesses.
Devon obtained his bachelor’s degree from The Citadel in business administration and is a licensed real estate agents in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Outside of SVN | Latus, Devon also serves as a Human Resource Specialist with the 28th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard.

Ellie Hojnacki previously served as an Advisor with SVN | Latus and has now stepped into a Sales Associate role as of 2023. Ellie began her career in commercial real estate in the fall of 2019, mainly brokering sales with a focus on multifamily properties in Central PA. She lives in Midtown Harrisburg with her husband and son and enjoys spending time with her family and walking along the Susquehanna River.
Ellie grew up in a Philadelphia suburb and attended Messiah University and earned a degree in international business. After graduating from Messiah, she spent some time at a nonprofit in Lancaster and the Hershey Company before she started at SVN | Latus.

Emily Kohl serves as the Operations Manager for SVN Latus. She supports the SVN | Latus team in implementing and executing new processes and procedures, managing the lifecycle of a listing, and assisting in marketing and daily operations. She manages and leads the operational activities with responsibility for implementing strategic initiatives companywide.
After following a seven-year career in hospitality management, with a focus in private and community clubs, Emily switched professions to commercial real estate.

Lacey Labs serves as the Marketing Director for SVN Latus, leading and managing all marketing initiatives. She works closely with each of the office’s agents, providing advice and insight into the strategic planning for marketing their listings. She also directs and executes content for SVN Latus’ overall brand and messaging.
Lacey’s past marketing experience has included a broad reach of industries, from political campaigns to construction, retail, professional services, nonprofits and beyond. She has also spent the past decade operating her own photography business, specializing in family portrait photography.
In her free time, Lacey enjoys fitness activities and spending time outside with her husband Adam, their son and their two dogs going hiking, backpacking, camping and canoeing, as well as fishing and hunting. She is also very involved in her church, Midtown Community Church in Harrisburg.

Nancy holds degrees in education and nutrition. She’s an avid reader and enjoys spending time with her husband and their four granddaughters.
